Vaughn joined Badgley Phelps in 1997 to lead Badgley Phelps’ information technology group. In 2014, he assumed additional responsibility for the firm’s operations team. Vaughn focuses much of his time on strategic technology planning and projects, including internal software development, the integration of office automation, enterprise management, database development and straight-through processing.

When he’s not out enjoying the beautiful landscapes of his native Northwest, Vaughn is at home with his family in Bothell.
